Kelly is a professional chef based in South Orange County, specializing in gluten-free diets, niche cuisines, and allergen-free cooking. Her goal is to teach others how to become better home cooks while also serving her community through events and personal chef services.

Kelly received professional training at the Culinary Institute of America, where she acquired the techniques and skills to establish a solid foundation for her career. With over seven years of experience in professional kitchens and restaurants, she decided to establish her own personal chef company, Kelly’s Clean Kitchen, to work more closely with individuals and curate the best meals for them.

In the past few years, she has grown an online community through her social channels by teaching people how to cook through educational videos. This allowed her to self-publish her first cookbook, 'The Basics of Cooking,' which is a crash course in the fundamentals of cooking. She continues to use her following and reach to help others learn how to cook and have fun in the kitchen.
