Have you been down so many paths trying to find something that will help you find your pain free life; Only to be met with more flare ups, causing frustration, fear, and the feeling that nothing is ever going to work?
What If we looked at those flare ups in a different way?
Instead of looking at a flare up as a set back, that something you're doing isn't working try this:
Look at your flare ups your body just asking you to stop, take stock, and just to make sure that the new activities you're doing are safe.
That's all your body and your brain are asking you to do when you start pushing (gently) into new territory.
Make sure you have those phrases of safety handy, keep up with keeping your awareness open, and manage your flare-ups when they come up.
But don't let them get you down.
Flare ups are a normal part of the healing process.
You're growing and changing, things that can set off those alarms. But YOU can do it.
