In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk all about everyday tips for people with acne. Most of the tips I share today are going to be free, everyday tips to help people of any age with their acne. I personally suffered with my own acne for about 38 years…and I did not find any of my answers in the doctors’ office.
