Low back pain is something that effects nearly everyone. This class will teach you some of the best ways I've found to alleviate low back pain in a Vinyasa yoga class. As always I'll also help you build strength, flexibility and balance throughout your whole body and give options from beginner to advanced. If you know any beginners with back pain this may be a good class for them.
