Does your sleep suck? Having trouble falling asleep at night because you have 10,000 different worries bouncing around in your brain (the kids, your game tomorrow, the big speech coming up)?

I am here to alleviate those pains and explain why creating an evening routine will be so powerful and useful in your life. It is one of the cornerstone routines I have created in my life and I am very consistent with it and I love it. I want that for you too.
