This podcast is about one man's self-worth discovery to then interviewing other people's journey of overcoming obstacles of cancer in the book 'Cycles of Lifes". An entrepreneur, author, public speaker, athlete, and philanthropist, David Richman uses the lessons learned in his life to enrich and inspire others. David embarked on a journey to find 15 compelling human stories to explore the traumas and events in their lives that shaped the way they dealt with the emotions of cancer. David reasons with me about the fact that withholding and ignoring difficult conversations creates a lack of connection that we so desperately want and need.
