Want to hear me spill the tea on how I navigate intuitive eating myself? In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain to share what it’s like to juggle intuitive eating personally AND for my kids and family as a working mom.

I’ll also be sharing some challenges that happened in 2023 that forced me to approach intuitive eating differently than I have before, and that pushed me way out of my comfort zone for how I relate to my body.
