When seasonal affective disorder (SAD) —also called seasonal depression—gets you down, your own resilience skills can help. On this episode of Road to Resilience, we hear resilience strategies on how to cope with SAD from Dr. Jelena Kecmanovic, PhD, a practicing clinical psychologist.
