In today's episode, I discuss motivational guidance on where to start in rebuilding your structure from Chaos to RE-order. Drawing from my own experiences I've had while dealing with depression, research conducted, and learning how to combat dysfunctional reward processing with the practice of positive mindsets. From chaos to re-order, I learned to accept the version of who I am now, chronic disorder and all, and learned how to rebuild my life in the midst of chaos.
Climb aboard the life boat, as we dive into the depth that is our spirit, mind, and body - while we move on this healing path to recovery together.
