Holiday gatherings are contentious, adult children aren’t talking to their parents and friendships are being challenged. In this episode, Risa invites you to find ways to talk less, listen more and gain a deeper understanding of those who have different view-points than yours so that we can maintain connections and grow stronger together even when we disagree.
