If you are wondering where we get our Zen and Buddha-like aura’s from, today we let you guys in on our insider secret. Meditation. It’s free, simple and you can practice it anywhere. We break down some easy ways to start meditation, and some of the real benefits we experienced after just a week or two of practicing it daily. Just five minutes a day can get you feeling calmer, more focused and at the very least, just a little bit less like you want to punch a wall next time that dude cuts you off in traffic. We also talk about attachments to material things, Connor’s new YouTube channel, Connor Murphy Talks, and why being popular makes you more popular.
