This week we are bringing our Top 4 hacks to get you ripped and shredded this summer, with actual scientific reasons behind them. Some are fancy, some you can do right at home, but they are all ways to get you burning more calories than you consume. We tap into the laws of thermodynamics, help you increase your growth hormones, and give you our behind-the-scenes hacks of what we do when we need to go into a caloric deficit fast. A few tips you have heard us talk about many times and some are newly adopted into the Adonyx way. Run yourself a hot bath, and let us help you get those “Instagram” abs.
