In this episode we’re going to be digging deep into Happy Habits – habits that are based on positive psychology principles, proven to make us happier. I love positive psychology because instead of focusing on the absence of illness (like normal psychology), it looks at promoting wellness and human flourishing. How can we go from just feeling okay to feeling amazing?

So, join me as we look at what 5 habits can make you happier according to science, and how you can implement them to improve your sense of wellbeing!
