This week, I’m talking to Glory-Anne Jones, a certified hypnotherapist who helps women through difficult patches in their life.

No matter the transformation they are going through - whether career issues, fear around pregnancy or self-worth crises - Glory-Anne helps women who feel lost, stressed, and alone to walk the path of personal transformation, and claim their true place in their own life.

This episode was honest, insightful and incredibly calming - Glory-Anne has a way of combining difficult mental concepts with practical tips, and is such a warm and open presence that I could not help but feel empowered and encouraged by her work and way with words.

We also began the conversation with a brilliant discussion about ice cream, sorbet, and the difference between UK and US “sherbet” - as Glory-Anne recorded this podcast outside on her deck in beautiful sunshine. Bliss!

  • Dispelling the myths of hypnotherapy - what it is, what it isn’t, and how it can help you in your everyday life

  • How to see hypnotherapy as something you can use in your daily life, and stop if from being something intimidating or inaccessible
  • How hypnotherapy can be another powerful tool in your emotional toolbox to deal with real-world difficulties and upheaval - even in today’s challenging times
    Glory-Anne’s own habits as a teacher and female entrepreneur that keep her healthy and happy and sane

And why being a freedom-seeking, female entrepreneur is such a rebellious act!
