Most of us spend our lives trying to keep on top of a never ending to do list. Which is one of the main reasons why a lot of us find it hard to keep up with any kind of fitness and wellness routine. Free time feels like a luxury.

I strongly believe that we are actually addicted to stress hormones, because we are used to living with them. The busyness is what validates us and makes us feel good about ourselves. But what if we start by finding literally a few minutes a day for ourselves?
