Look there’s nothing wrong with ageing at all. And in fact I also believe that it can be an amazing experience where we learn so much about ourselves, we give less of a crap about what others think and we finally become more free from some of the expectations that society has thrown at us when we’re younger.

However, if you’re anything like me, you also want to have amazing quality of life for as long as humanly possible. You want to feel good, you want to feel energetic, you want to feel happy in your skin, and you want to be able to keep moving about with ease and have an amazing sense of independence.
