Self sabotage - it’s something that I think we’ve all done right. Being amazing with exercise and nutrition all week before throwing in the towel on a Friday night as you dive into a tub of celebrations and vow you’ll start again next week. But in my world, when this happens, it’s not just some senseless act that we do to deliberately undo all of our good work - this is something that happens for a few very good, very human reasons.

So, I’m going to unpick all of this in today’s episode and:

-discover what’s actually going on when you think you’re sabotaging yourself

-talk about what we can do to engage in less destructive or unhelpful behaviour in the future.
