On this week's episode of The Diet Obsessed Podcast, I give a FULL and very detailed review of my experience on the Prolon 5-Day fasting program, I talk about why I did it, how I felt, the results I got, the food I ate, how I spread everything out, my fears around attempting a 5 day fast and if I will do it again in the future.
