The show starts with another awkward intro. Sarah and Peter refuse to introduce themselves without me asking them. We are also excited to announce that we have two voice memos.

W.I.N. #1:

Gary quickly refers to an article that discusses a company that is now allowing people to invest in cryptocurrencies inside of their 401K’s. The team discusses the good and bad of this plan. This leads to a discussion of what crypto and Bitcoin are and why it’s becoming so popular.

W.I.N. #2:

Sarah tells us the 6 benefits of grapes. These include heart benefits, lower blood pressure, better skin, immune boosting, and more! We also learn that grapes are toxic for dogs. Lastly, we talk about how to eat healthily and not spend a lot at the grocery store.

W.I.N. #3:

Gary talks about 5 things you should do in the morning to be happier every day.

  1. Pick a wellness habit and do it every morning.
  2. Get your phone out of your room.
  3. Talk to yourself.
  4. Talk to someone else.
  5. Incorporate gratitude.

W.I.N. #4:

Peter tells us how to avoid an early death by exercising daily and reducing the amount of time we are sedentary. A recent study found that living a sedentary life, even with daily exercise, leads to an earlier death. The end result is that we should exercise daily AND stay as active as possible.
