Are you wanting to lose weight faster?
I'm sure everyone would love that, right? Well here's some things for you to consider if you're in that head space right now.
In this episode we'll be discussing things like:

  • How much of a calorie deficit it's going to take to lose X pounds of body fat per week/month
  • What's going on if you're losing more weight than what on paper your calorie deficit says you should be losing (i.e. you're expecting to lose about 1/2 pound for the week but you're losing maybe 1 and a half)
  • The challenges you face when losing weight which may cause your weight loss to plateau and not move
  • Ask the question, "What really should I be focusing on to lose weight?" (because it's different for everyone)

And a lot more.
Of course these are just some of the things to discuss when it comes to what to expect if you're wanting to lose weight faster, but this is a great place to start the discussion. For example, I didn't discuss how if you lose weight too fast then that can result in a lot of extra loose skin (not always ideal, right?).
