I know the feeling of swirling thoughts and a loud, anxious, overthinking mind.
Even though our hearts and our bodies are tired, sometimes the mind keeps going.
We can slow our breath down and remember our agenda at the end of the day is to let go and allow ourselves to experience the peace of rest.
You are worthy of deep sleep.
You are worthy of being free from anxious thoughts.
You are worthy of rest.
