In this episode I share with you how to handle life when things don't go right
“The beautiful thing about setbacks is they introduce us to our strengths.”

— Robin S. Sharma

Life is magical and beautiful but we don't all see it that way - at least not all the time. Sometimes there are setbacks, people, events and challenges that really push our buttons. Usually, we go into a frantic state or enter into our usual coping mechanisms which may even get an "Oscar for best dramatic performance" amongst our family and friends.
What brings us back to our centre again is grounding ourselves into a knowing and a remembering that things can change for us when we change our perspective.
Sometimes feeling good again can seem so far away because you're all caught up in the problem, but there is always a way to feel sense of peace and calm. I share in this episode some helpful reminders and techniques to help you along your journey,
