Back in 2004 I went on a spiritual retreat to Hawaii to heal myself from my own traumas. On the last day, after a week of staying on the most beautiful sacred land with open minded and open hearted people and learning about the power of the mind and the heart - I had a mystical or divine experience that happened naturally which changed my view of life and what we are as human beings forever.
The experience was a 15 minute glimpse into what the spiritual teachers, sages and mystics of the past have talked about in ancient texts - that we are divine at are core and that you are so much more than you think.
In this episode, I share with you through personal stories and lessons how your positive influence and energy can influence others to heal.
