We all know things don't go perfect when we're on keto. Sometimes, things get complicated in your life and its hard to go meal to meal, and we end up snacking through the day. But is that so bad? And why do we beat up on ourselves, when we really didn't do anything so wrong? Today, we try to get to the bottom of the psychology of guilt and how to use that as a motivational tool, and not just a mechanism for self doubt.
