Building muscle takes a specific equation that must be targeted and solved everyday. There are much more important things to consider when building muscle aside from training. When I first began my training career/journey I struggled hard with building muscle and getting more stregnth. The three "not to dos" I share in today's episode have been gathered from science and the many mistakes I've done in my journey.
