Underneath all feeling and sensation, there is a baseline of joy to this human experience. It feels good to be in a body. When we live in our heads most of the time we become disconnected from this positive feeling. Trapped emotions become tightness and pain in the body and we are no longer able to enjoy the naturally pleasurable feeling of having a body. This meditation will allow you to reconnect to this most basic sense of peace, pleasure, and joy.
