Send White Fox Talking a Message

Legendary Ibiza DJ, Brandon Block, joined us to talk about his life journey which has taken him from the early days playing in London pubs, to superstar status in Ibiza , to near death and now to life coach & SMART recovery trainer.

Brandon began his DJ career playing in his local pubs in London. He was there at the start of the Acid House scene and gained residencies at many club events, and also saw him playing regularly at super clubs and appearances on Radio 1’s Essential Mix. He was to gain ‘Superstar DJ’ status, playing Space Terrace in Ibiza, alongside Alex P through the early 1990’s

Well known also for his partying, as well as DJ’ing, his life style was to bring him close to death in 1996 and he entered a detox facility. It was from this time Brandon began his journey of self discovery.

In more recent years he joined a drug and alcohol charity and worked with people who have complex needs for the NHS.

Still Dj’ing at many top clubs and events, Brandon has taken time become qualified as a Life Coach, Mental Health First Aider, SMART Recovery Trainer, has a City & Guilds Health & Social Care and launched his own ‘Happy Days For Everyone’ project.

We would like to thank Brandon for taking time out to talk openly about his past and how he now uses his own experience and qualifications to help others who may be struggling with their mental health.
