Having had his own experience of both depression and PTSD, Kelvyn James now helps others through their own mental health issues.
He has been a Samaritan for nearly 30 years, a First Aid trainer for a decade, a field trainer for the Ambulance Service and a First Responder.
I first met Kelvyn through both being International Mountain Leaders, before I attended one of his Mental Health First Aid courses. I would highly recommend anybody, working with groups of people, attend such a training course.
