Perimenopause affects millions of women, with estimates that over a billion women will be postmenopausal by 2030. Symptoms can include brain fog, mood and anxiety shifts, hot flashes, and many more that impact daily functioning. There are lots of treatment tools out there, but the one I want to highlight here is CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy for perimenopause. In this episode, I'll share with you the vast amount of data on this topic in recent years, how it works, and how you can find help for yourself.
