Highly intelligent people are often identified as neurodiverse (formally or through self-discovery/diagnosis) well into adulthood. While the diagnosis may come with some understanding and validation, many still have questions. In this episode, Dr. Krystal Sodaitis, a physician and coach, shares with us how to embrace neurodiversity, the different ways autism and ADHD can present in women, and tools and tips to improve executive functioning if you have ADHD symptoms.
