The term bloated has taken on new meanings in recent years and it’s always centered around the idea that a flat stomach is normal. There is a distinct difference between being bloated and having a full stomach after a meal.

Join us on today’s episode with Amy Ornelas as she breaks down the differences. Amy is a non-diet Registered Dietitian that specializes in eating disorders, body image and is a body positive yoga teacher. In her private practice she utilizes a science-based, holistic mind-body approach to help people heal their relationships with food and health from the foundation up.
