Hi loves, LouLou and Michele here. We're northern English girls of a certain age, sharing all the experiences that mid life and menopause bring. Our friendship and the sharing has made it all more bearable for us. We have each other's backs, hug each other when we cry, we 'get' what we're going through but mostly, we LAUGH. We laugh at the menopause, we laugh at our Fog Moments and we laugh at ourselves. It keeps us sane.
In this, our very first Wot The Fog episode, we wanted to tell you a bit about us, about who we are, why we're friends and about how we had the idea to do a Podcast in the first place.
We're all about sharing, supporting, encouraging and community. We really hope you enjoy joining in our chat and we hope you realise you're not alone. You'll get to know us quite well if you stick with us and we hope you'll allow us to get to know you too.

Hi loves, LouLou and Michele here. We're northern English girls of a certain age, sharing all the experiences that mid life and menopause bring. Our friendship and the sharing has made it all more bearable for us. We have each other's backs, hug each other when we cry, we 'get' what we're going through but mostly, we LAUGH.
