I'm worried I traumatized my kids by yelling at them, stressing, not having time to listen or play with them... Did I damage them forever, just like my strict/yelling/stressing parents impacted my life? Or can I help them somehow?
I get this question a lot on the free Mommy Tantrum Training, and in the 1-1 assessment calls I'm doing with women interested in starting this work. Often more than for themselves, they want to heal their anger (and people-pleasing) because of their children.
So what is really possible?
How can the healed you feel like, and what impact is that going to have on your kids?
And can you even help your shy introverted son, or a manipulative, controlling, aggressive daughter change, and become a healthy, happy kid?
Or is this part of their genetics and identity, and this is who they will be for the rest of their lives?
Listen in, this podcast episode is for you.
