Today we are talking about why the gym is a recipe for disaster. When I say gym, I'm talking about conventional gyms. I'm going to talk about the history of gyms, which could be a bit boring for some, but I'm only going to touch on that for a moment. I'm going to tell you why gyms don't conventionally work for the average person, although there is a very small amount of a very small percentage of people that a gym could actually work for. And then I'm going to tell you what you need instead to see the results you're looking for.
