This week we explore how you can build a healthier relationship with stress by working with a coach. Stress can make us feel incapable of making changes or making the impact we want to have in the world, and chronic stress can crush your confidence, draining your energy, vision, and belief in yourself. But not all stress is bad! It also helps us learn and grow, and it is possible to find balance and a healthy integration of stress into life.

Looking at the impact of stress on the US population and habits of numbing or escaping, such as alcohol abuse and other addictions, and the impact it all has on our health and relationships, it’s easy to see that we need healthier methods of recovery. Working with a coach who can help you improve lifestyle habits and manage stress reactions, cultivating lasting positive change over time. As we all begin to break free from the weight of stress in our lives, we heal not only ourselves, but also for our families, communities, and future generations.
