We all experience change in our lives, but we don't all handle it well. So let's go through some methods we can implement to make change a positive thing. Today, we're talking motivation-hacking as we discuss rewards and consequences.

Are you reward or consequence driven?

What role does ego play?

We don't do anything in our life without some sort of payoff.

Noticing is more than half the battle.

Why do we really eat junk food?

What it takes to change a behavior (the 3-step process).

Why are you doing the things you do?

And, becoming connected to the reward or consequence (and using it as a motivator).
