So often, we neglect our own well-being in the pursuit of endless tasks and obligations. We forget how important it is to take time for ourselves to decompress, to rest, and to just be. This meditation creates a sacred space that encourages you to let go of the worries of today, yesterday, or tomorrow, and to fully surrender to the present moment. Allowing your nervous system to rest, giving your body permission to relax, and giving your mind the opportunity to release any thoughts or patterns that are holding you back from accessing true, blissful relaxation. This meditation is perfect to be used at the end of your day, as you wind down and prepare for sleep.
