In this episode, I discuss the power of wellness non-negotiables. Some things and practices and routine you repeat daily and when you miss it, you often feel icky or uncomfortable. Think about them as your baseline for wellness - as long as you do them, it's all good! Anything on top of it may be considered an extra.
