蒸白萝卜圈夹肉

材料

白萝卜 170克 *最好买越肥越圆的越好哦!

莲藕 50克 切成细丁

西芹 50克 切成细丁

猪肉碎 280克

料理酒 15毫升

酱清 15毫升

麻油 30毫升

胡椒粉 1茶匙

蛋清 1 粒

盐 1茶匙 *用来腌白萝卜圈,让它软化用

枸杞子 - 点缀用

葱花 - 点缀用

做法:

1. 白萝卜去皮后,用搓片器搓成一圈圈的薄片后,用1茶匙的盐,抓一抓后,留一旁待用

2. 莲藕去皮后切成小细丁

3. 西芹切成小细丁

4. 把莲藕丁和西芹丁加入猪肉碎中搅拌均匀后加入蛋清,胡椒粉,料理酒,麻油和酱清后搅拌均匀待用

5. 把腌好的萝卜圈过下水,洗掉盐后,用厨房纸巾抹干

6. 把1茶匙的猪肉碎放在萝卜圈上后折起放入蒸盘上排好一圈,最后每一颗再放上一粒枸杞子点缀

7. 水滚后用大火蒸10分钟,出锅撒上葱花便可开动啦。
