Australian Fitness Podcast - Episode #45

I last spoke with Jay Ferruggia on Episode #20 of the podcast.

Jay is a gentleman that's been working with humans at the elite levels and general population groups for many many years and has built himself an incredible reputation as a person who leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of optimizing his client's physical performance, health, and wellness.

When Jay speaks his dedication to this and his extensive body of knowledge is self-evident.

We talked a little bit about how he's managed his current situation and challenges to business, about his approaches, and about his philosophies on helping people achieve their best physical outcomes.

Jay is a guy who has a very clear and distinct idea of where he can add value, and in my opinion, is a true professional and someone who seeks perfection in the pursuit of a result. His resume of work and the people he has worked with and learned from is an incredible list of the who’s who of physical improvement. No doubt Jay is now a leader and mentor for many other instructors and coaches coming through.

He's a guy well worth listening to and well worth working with.
