You may have seen the latest weight loss program say, "You can eat whatever you want on this program", or "Lose weight and eating intuitively."

That is not what intuitive eating is about because it is a weight neutral approach.

As intuitive eating is becoming more popular, other programs and wanting to market their program with the solution.
