In this episode, I spoke with leading expert in behaviour change Dr Gary Mendoza @drgarymendoza. Dr. Mendoza has a degree in applied human nutrition with a PHD in nutrition - specialising in a multi-dimensional treatment (psychology around behavior change) for overweight and obesity.
