Joe talks about common injuries associated with exercise and even the injuries from lack of exercise. We also go over what we can do to mitigate these injures to stay healthy and progress in our fitness journey! Dr. Cooperman is a Scottsdale, Arizona native who attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate education and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, Ca. During his education Dr. Cooperman learned from some of the worlds most renowned Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, strength coaches and soft tissue therapists. He has applied these tehcniques and knowledge into an all in one treatment. After doing his field-training program with Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California for their sports medicine team, his goal was to bring something he believed was new and cutting edge to the Granite Bay area. Dr. Cooperman understands that the human body is affected by every moving part and has tailored his approach to not only address the spine, but also the ankles, knee, hips, shoulders, elbows and wrists in order to balance the entire kinetic chain and provide quick, lasting result for his patients. Dr. Cooperman specializes in spinal and extremity adjusting, myofascial release, kinesiology taping, exercise and full body rehabilitation.
