Mel Blackman has worked professionally in the "Substance Abuse" field counseling and lecturing drug abusers. Mr Blackman has dedicated his life to helping members of the community to help themselves get off drugs. He has earned numerous CASAC certificates in conventional drug rehabilitation training.
