Constitutions vary, so just being "constitutional" does not make law enforcement a positive force to protect our natural rights. The U.S. Constitution is valuable for this reason. It is founded on the idea that governments exist only to protect the individual rights of the people to believe, think, speak, act and live as they see fit, as long as they respect the right of others to enjoy the same freedoms.
