Hey Mama!

I'm jokingly calling today's episode "How To Eat Like A Mom Boss" because, well....it seems the world is obsessed with eating in a way that has to have a name.

AKA...I'm doing Herbalife, I'm doing Keto, I'm gluten free, I can't eat that because that's not Whole30 approved.

We are SO WRAPPED UP in calling our eating something, or eating a certain way....AND TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT IT because it makes me feel better for taking charge of my health.

But really, is't that a TRAP? Aren't we now giving all of our credit for hard work to some diet, meal plan, or whatever?

Here's your homework:

1) Listen to the episode

2) Tell me where YOU are at in your eating journey inside the #MomBossTribe private group! I'm ALL ears!
