Feeling like a anxious stress bucket, mama?

Yeah....in today's episode, I'm sharing all about how I'm a recovering mama control freak (will ALWAYS be in the process of recovering), and one silly piece of control I let go of (or try to let go of) that helped me be a little happier and a little more present.
