The 3 X-Factors of Fat Loss are:
- Strength Train 3-4 days per week: This is how you build your fat burning engine. Without lean muscle mass, your metabolism will grind to a halt.
- Eat minimally processed whole foods in a caloric deficit: Processed foods give your body little to no nutritional value, leaving it in need of moreā¦which is usually why you overeat. When you eat more than you burn, youāll store body fat.
- Stress and sleep management: Cortisol is the hormone that leads to storing excess body fat. When you donāt sleep enough and/or donāt manage stress well, cortisol levels stay high in your body.
