Everyone constantly thinks about the past and the future, and very few people live in the present moment.
So, how do you learn to start enjoying your life? The only thing you can do is make the most of the present moment. And the good news is that getting started isn’t hard. There are some simple things you can do to refocus your mind and pay attention to the present.
