In this episode of the podcast, SelfKind with Erica Webb (that's me!) I'm exploring why self-compassion can be challenging, especially for highly sensitive people.
First, we start with a breakdown of what self-compassion is - the three elements of mindful awareness, shared humanity and kindness. Then we talk about why that mindful awareness bit can feel rather tricky at times.
And, of course, I offer some practical tips around how to persist with practicing and cultivating self-compassion even when it feels hard ... because it's absolutely worth that effort.
If you're a highly sensitive person (HSP) who tends to be hard on themselves - this episode is for you.
